Imagine you have been asked to start a business online.
- what issues might you face and what are the operational risks for any business operating online  p312
- look at the diagram on p304 and describe the different levels of activities for businesses online; find an example of each on the internet. If you use the examples in the book then please explain for example: Amazon is an online business retailer who sell all types of products. They began by selling books and videos etc but now sell a diverse range of products.
